I was fortunate to be the art director and lead designer on a project from 2011 for the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art for their World's Fair Exhibit. I created the typography and design and worked with a very talented group of illustrators from Hallmark and designers from the Nelson to create the poster and collateral for this wonderful event.
This project was a request from the Nelson-Atkins Museum creative staff to collaborate with them to create a design for this very notable traveling exhibit. I worked with the very talented illustrators: David Pjecha, Ken Sheldon and Barbara Bennett to create the look of the promotional art.
The posters that have been done for past world's fairs were a great inspiration for this project. The images to the left showcase some of the wonderful designs that have been created for these events.
